Inkasso

Der Begriff Inkasso ist als Überbegriff für das geschäftsmäßige Einziehen fremder Forderungen zu sehen und bezeichnet die gewerblich betriebene Eintreibung von Außenständen. Die geschäftsmäßige Dienstleistung ist nach §§ 2 Abs. 2, 10 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 Rechtsdienstleistungsgesetz (RDG) erlaubnispflichtig. Die Erlaubnis wird nur nach Genehmigung des Antrags auf Eintragung ins Rechtsdienstleistungsregister erteilt. Vom Begriff Inkasso wird auch der Kauf fremder Forderungen umfasst, der früher nach der 5. AVO zum Rechtsberatungsgesetz erlaubnispflichtig war.

Dazu zählen beispielsweise:

  • Scheckinkasso
  • Lastschrifteninkasso
  • Wechselinkasso
  • Zins – und Dividendenscheine
  • Schuldverschreibungen
  • Dokumenteninkasso
